GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR THE REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION
Registration to GNB 2018 is confirmed only upon receipt by FONDAZIONE POLITECNICO DI MILANO of conference fee payment receipt and of this online form fully completed. The bank transfer receipt or the Paypal receipt must be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org

The registration fee already includes the social dinner for Faculty staff, Research organisations, Companies and RTDB. Confirmation of attendance is required.
Only the abstracts associated with a registration will be included in the proceedings of the conference and can be presented. A single registration cannot be associated with more than one abstract.For cancellations received after June 9, no refund will be possible.
Students are required to display a university badge certifying the STUDENT status. A copy should be sent by email to email@example.com.
GNB 2018 conference fee shall be paid in advance, in any case before the beginning of the conference, by bank transfer to:

. Upon receipt of the above documents, Fondazione Politecnico di Milano will issue an invoice to the subject indicated in section "Administrative data for invoicing".
You can pay your congress fees securely through Paypal too. Please fill the registration form above and continue the payment with Paypal. GNB 2018 conference fee shall be paid in advance, in any case before the beginning of the conference. After the payment, please send us to the email address email@example.com

Special instructions for public administrations
According to Italian laws and regulations, a specific procedure is required if the registration fee will be paid by an Italian public institution/body/administration.
Please fill the online form above and finalize the registration process by selecting payment by bank transfer. After, send the official purchase order (IPA and CIG codes are required) by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org
. Payment will be performed by the public administration/institution (via bank transfer) upon receiving the electronic invoice issued by Fondazione Politecnico di Milano.
